Question about spacetime and reality?

They do all exist together. Current theories hypothesize 7-14 different dimensions making up our reality, the fourth being time. We can only sense three of them except through clocks. So really, all of time exists right now, but we aren't able to see or direct our motion through that dimension because we have nospatial presence in that direction. If we did, we could see past, present and future, maybe even be able to easily move through time.
