Confused about my bloodwork for HSV 1 and 2... HELP!?

Okay so this is what happened... I've never had any signs or symptoms or HSV 1 or 2, and when I went for my regular woman checkup, I got bloodwork done for everything, like usual, and 2 weeks later I find out that I tested positive for HSV 2.... I was in such shock, that I went back to my doctor and got re-tested, but never heard from them... so I call back today, and they tell me that I tested positive for HSV 1 the second time I was tested, but was negative for HSV 2, and that it didn't make any sense, and they would call me back. Any help or advice on what I should do or what I should think? I'm freaked out!
