well i am 17 and am strongly thinking about joining the U.S Army at the end of school. i am not in any good shape at all(but i can run for long distances somehow)and would like for someone to layout a daily PT schedule to get me in good shape so i can p the beginning pft also note that i live by a track and am joining my schools rotc. jus need to know how many miles sit ups an push ups i need to do a day to get healthy. and i started eating healthy already. thanks
