I have purchased one split a.c. from sekar stores medavakkam,chennai73?

i have purchased one videocon split a.c. on14-05-2009.the dealer sent somebody to install the a.c. and installation work done on 18-05-2009. after two days i came to know that the a.c.is not functioning well. meanwhile i with my family visited my native place and returned after 10 days.then i contacted the customer care and gave complaint that the a.c.was not functioning well and there wasno cooling effect.the technician visited my house after 5 days and inspected the a.c. and told that the a.c. was not installed by the company technician and there was leakage in the a.c.and gas is to be filled.for that the service center would charge money. i contacted the dealer in person and asked who was sent by the dealer to install the a.c.the dealer told me that the company people installed the a.c.but the service center people told the a.c. was not installed by them.so for filling the gas 2200 /-was .charged by the service center people. with in one month from the date of purchasing i spent 2200 for filling the gas because of the wrong installation done by the dealer.can i move to consumer court against the dealer?what is the procedure for that?
