Is it bad to not have a facebook?

I am a college student, about to graduate with my 4 yr degree. I use to have a face book a few years ago, but it got me into to much trouble with my girlfriend so i decided to just get rid of it all. It wasn't that i was doing anything wrong, she just seemed to always be nosey and wanting to know who each person was and i got sick of explaining myself. Anyway, i don't regret not having one anymore bc i dont drink or do anything to sociable and im happy with my life, but in the scope of things, is it bad to not have a facebook in todays day and age?
