Now that THe govt had took over of Fannie Mae,will they help homeowners who r behind on their payments. ?

Does the take over of Fannie Mae a good news for homeowners who want to keep their house, THose lenders are not helping them, they just keep on adding more injury to the problem of their clients.I wish the govt will focus on information dissemination on how homeowners can deal with this widespead real state problem..Can anyone share their views and knowledge on this ..thanks
