Please help... Acne??

how do i get rid of acne. I have it on my chest between my and i have it all of my face! Ecspecialy on my forehead and nose. Ive tried acne free, proactive,clearisil,nuetragena, nothing seems to work. Ive also tried puttin fresh squized lemon and lime juice on my face lol nothing works! its imbarrasing to go out and hang out with my boyfriend and friends. I need something affordable and that i wont have to order it off of online. I dont have a credit card. Thanks
