What to do about an old lady that constantly complains to the management group & the land lord?

she is very nosey. She wrote a 20 something page to our landlord making things up, we have lived here for 8 years & she recently moved down below us, & is cousing trouble already. she even called the police on a sunday afternoon, when we had a few over to watch football playoffs. She says we are letting the air out of her tires, we are approaching 50's not teenagers. What can we do?
