How can I define My arms?

when you do workout your arms, increase the number of reps you do. it increases tone. its the reason people do 100 sit ups instead of 10 weighted sit ups. work them hard by doing 10 sets of 10 with only 30 seconds of rest or just do 15-20 reps per set.
