Any recommendations for a good dry cat food?

Your cat will benefit from a higher quality food. As a rule of thumb I would stay away from most anything you can get in the supermarket except Iams and that is not as good as some of the others. The problem is finding a food your pet will eat. I would go to your local pet store or a place like petsmart and ask for samples of their higher quality pet food to see what your cat will eat. Sometimes they will eat a sample because of the newness but then turn their nose up after you buy a big bag so stick with a small bag at first. Also, mix their old food with the new food at first so they don't get sick.
