What is the best way to disinfect colors?

People have said Lysol, but I am not sure because the bottle says nothing about using it with laundry, but if it does work I need to know how much. And I know color safe bleach doesn't work because their web site said so. I also heard "All" detergent disinfects but I need a source because the bottle also says nothing about disinfecting. Can I put just a little bit of clorox? Would it ruin my clothes? Help!
