It sounds to me like you're going to be just fine. You sound more clued on than most people I know. What I normally do if starting training after a long break is I take a lot of protein. Whey (fast absorbing) after workout is best I reckon, and you would definitely benefit from it. At this stage all I'm trying to do is recover quickly so I can keep pushing hard. Sometimes I will take casein protein (slow absorbing) before bed so that my body has fuel to keep building and recovering through the night. I like taking glutamine as well when I need to recover quickly. At your age I would also reccomend some glucosamine to aid joint and ligament recovery and heath. You're right I would use creatine and NO2 after I've achieved a basic level of fitness and find it harder to push further.

I'm a big fan of Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant, and I usually get the traditional chicken dinner. One of the starter options is a delicious creamy chicken noodle soup. They do all exist together. Current theories hypothesize 7-14 different dimensions making up our reality, the fourth being time. We can only sense three of them except through clocks. So really, all of time exists right now, but we aren't able to see or direct our motion through that dimension because we have nospatial presence in that direction. Alright, I was trying to lucid dream, I checked my hands every 10 minutes or so, but all night I had this odd energy sensation as if there were another spirit present, even my blanket felt as if it were vibrating to touch because of the static energy. I am not positive on this but if you have a dr excuse to be off work, I think there are laws the employer has to go by. I do not think you can be penalized for having a dr excuse. Check the laws in your state. I'm not understanding why you wouldn't get paid for sick time that you have. If I were you I would definitely check with your hr dept if you have one or someone higher than your manager. Hope this helps.

Dealing with the death of a pet?

When I lost my best friend Charlie (my Bulldog) and he was only 7 years old, he died from a heart condition, I felt like I had died as well. I am so very sorry, I honestly am, it is such a painful thing, and words will not help you with your pain. I was in shock for about 3 days and then it hit me. I was at work and I broke down, I never cry, but this day it was unstoppable. I had to leave work, and then I missed a weeks worth of work because I could not stop crying. I grieved so much for him. Why I am telling you this is because you will need to grieve, I don't believe that anything anyone has to say is going to take that from you or make it easier. My husband tried, he tried so hard, but I needed to grieve. The one thing I do take solace to is the fact that I know I will see him again and he will not even know of any time that has ped before this happens. I still grieve, but I know he is doing just fine now.

Horrible pain in the throat?

About a week ago, i noticed a lump right below my jaw, it didn't hurt or anything so i let it go, thinking it would go away. A couple days later i got very sick. My eyes were swollen, i had a terrible ear ache, i felt very nauseous, and my throat started to hurt. i felt pressure in my head. Then Last night i noticed white patches on my tonsils and in the back of my throat. i went to my doctor and he tested for strep throat, but i tested negative. then at about 2:00 am, i felt like my throat was getting smaller. i could breathe fine, but i had a hard time swallowing liquids. It also hurts when i talking and yawn. I also noticed laying down made it worse. i gargled salt water, but there was no difference. I don't no what's wrong. now i feel exactly the same. What could be wrong? does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Yes you would say we are the enemys but in reality we are not. first of all I can not explain your ex wife to you but I can tell you this, when my ex and i divorced it was the happiest day of my life but what he failed to remeber is we divorced eachother not the kids and he has totally negleted his kids with for his new girlfirend and their new baby, he use to take them every other weekend and that changed to once in awhile to now only hoildays. I can tell you this much you will not ever get rid of her because you have kids together and they need for you all to get along so they know that you both love them even if you dont love eachother anymore, I would say this much to you through dont let your new wife make a big deal out of her calling you for things about the kids remember they are your flesh and blood and kids should always come first.And dont read more into it then it allready is she may just be calling you to keep you in the kids life which is good on her part because the kids will see she is trying to keep socialable with you and not keep them from you your new wife needs to understand that you do have kids with this woman and she needs to let go of her insucurity. How am I going to sum this up in 1000 words? My son will be 4 in September. My husband and I are at are wits end. Since he was born, he has been so fussy and impatient about EVERYTHING. Just different stages. If he can't get a toy to work properly...he throws it across the room. If you tell him no, he is on the floor throwing a fit. He hates doing anything on his own that isn't fun...big example:dressing himself or finding a lost toy. It turns into a big ordeal. And like I said, this has all been since a very young age. Super nintendo controller port not working?

Ok, I have been into the retro gaming phase for about a year and one of the items i acquired about 6 months ago was the SNES and the controller didnt work, bought a working used one, worked for a while but doesnt work now. I tested my buddies working controllers on it and still doesnt work so ive come to the conclusion the main controller port is shot. Before I invest in all of the tools to open the the snes up for one where do you get that controller port and 2 does it come out and go in easily(like plug into anything) or do you have to solder it in or do something like that that you have to be precise on? I do have a couple of stores in My area that specialize in retro gaming and they do repairs but they want an arm and a leg for everything and have managed to to fix my NES by ordering parts for $10 versus give them $50. I just need to know so i dont waste money on special screwdriver and where to get the port(googled it and coulnt find a source searching 10 google pages. Any help would be appreciated

I've never had any signs or symptoms or HSV 1 or 2, and when I went for my regular woman checkup, I got bloodwork done for everything, like usual, and 2 weeks later I find out that I tested positive for HSV 2.... I was in such shock, that I went back to my doctor and got re-tested, but never heard from them... so I call back today, and they tell me that I tested positive for HSV 1 the second time I was tested, but was negative for HSV 2, and that it didn't make any sense, and they would call me back. Mouse droppings underneath couch?

A month or so ago my boyfriend saw a mouse scurry across the floor sometime between 10 and midnight. He would see one every couple days. So we put a bunch of mouse traps out, the mouse never touched any of the traps so we umed he was gone. Well sure enough, about two weeks ago he saw a fat one one night and then claimed the next night he saw one that was a lot smaller. Still they were able to get away from the traps. I am extremely grossed out by these mice but luckily we were moving so I wasn't too worried about it. Well...we went to move on Saturday and as soon as our movers picked up the couch, UGH there was a ton of mouse droppings underneath the couch. GROSS!!!! So now Im afraid that maybe the mice are living in our couch. The movers said they shook the couch violently twice and ured me that the mice would have run out. But now I feel like I dont even want to sit on the couch. The cusions do not come off the couch so there were no droppings on the couch or in between the cushions, just underneath it. Do you think the couch is safe to keep and put in my new house? My two fears are that the couch is contaminated and is not safe to sit on ( i have a year old daugher) and also that maybe the mice were making a little home in the couch and now they may be running around my new house. I have steam and i am currently downloading a game, and for no reason at all, out of nowhere, the game pauses its download, and this isnt the first time it just mysteriously pauses. My internet connection is fine but sometimes it pauses on its own when i download it? And with games that take up to 6 hours to install i cant afford 10-20 minutes of pausing,lol.
